NewCZ Osiria Residence

The property was very modern and well equipped. We stayed in a Partial Ocean Terrace Suite (2rooms) There was a washing machine and dryer. Even detergent was provided. The toilets were modern and well stocked with shampoo and body wash. The toilet seats were heated which was so nice when staying during winter. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the property was very clean. Staff were attentive and came immediately when we called for assistance. Kids could hook up their PS and we had Youtube and Netflix on the TV. There was a big departmental store and supermarket around the corner and lots of places to eat within walking distance. We were also greeted with a beautiful sunrise every morning from our balcony. The Haedong Yonggungsa temple was a about 1 km from the property. That is a must visit place.

Awesome apartment, location and views. The apartment was much larger than our expectations and the location was near some of the attractions like the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and a short taxi ride away from Haeundae beach. The views are gorgeous and the height means there are no sounds from the road at all. We had a very nice stay at Busan and wished we had booked more days in Busan. Thank you for a great holiday and for making us comfortable.

This place is quiet and nearby Lotte World, IKEA, and a famous Buddhist temple. It is also near the beach. Their rooms, amenities, and location are excellent, as we just wanted to relax and have our own barbecue at the apartment.

Amazingly clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean and coastline. Parking was easily arranged. Even as Americans who could not read the Korean, we were able to figure out all appliances. This is a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!
